Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
- All prices are ex Melbourne, Australia and do not include any delivery charges.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are not final until invoiced, E&OE.
- Payment terms are 50% deposit on order and 50% balance prior to delivery.
- The delivery lead time is approximately 6 weeks from order.
- Products can be shipped anywhere within Australia or globally to approved purchasers.
- Simulators are delivered fully assembled and configured ready for use.
- Ausimtech Simulation PC's are delivered with all software and drivers installed ready for use.
- Final setup requires the user to connect the cables to the PC and power outlet as per the supplied instruction sheet.
- All orders are shipped safely in custom built export grade shipping crates.
- Australian orders are shipped via road freight and are delivered within 2-7 working days from dispatch.
- International orders can be shipped via sea or air freight. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method and location.

- All products we supply are protected by a minimum 12 months RTB manufacturers warranty which covers the products for manufacturing defects.
- Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged due to lack of care, misuse or unauthorised alteration.
- Some components include extended warranties of more than 12 months such as:
- D-BOX motion products - 24 months.
- Ausimtech chassis and adaptors - 36 months.
- Ausimtech simulation PC's - components range from 24 months to lifetime.
